1.1 The Mahemeh Stay application is a platform that connects hosts and guests for accommodation bookings. The application acts solely as an intermediary, and hosts are responsible for the accuracy of accommodation information.

1.2 Users must not use the services for illegal purposes or to violate the rights of others. Identity fraud, publishing unlawful content, or misuse of other people's information is prohibited.

1.3 Creating an account requires providing accurate personal information. Users are responsible for all activities performed under their account.

1.4 Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of updated versions of these terms and conditions.

2.1 All intellectual and property rights related to the Mahemeh Stay application belong to the platform.

2.2 Using the services implies respect for the intellectual property rights of the platform and third parties.

2.3 Any unauthorized copying or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

3.1 Users' personal information is collected only with their explicit consent and is used solely to improve services.

4.1 The host must be the owner or legal representative of the accommodation.

4.3 The host is responsible for delivering the accommodation in a hygienic, safe condition and in accordance with the registered details.

5.1 A booking is finalized only after host approval.

5.2 If the host does not respond, the booking request will be canceled.

5.3 Guests may not enter the accommodation before the designated time.

5.4 In case of any damage, the guest is responsible for compensation.

6.1 Cancellations must be made exclusively through the application.

6.2 Repeated cancellations may result in restrictions on user access.

7.1 Users must comply with applicable rules and regulations when using the services.

7.2 Users must not provide false information or misuse others' information.

7.3 The account owner is responsible for all activities carried out under their account.

8.1 Mahemeh Stay attempts to verify hosts but does not guarantee the accuracy of all information.

8.2 Direct disputes between users are the responsibility of the users themselves. The platform only assists as a mediator when possible.

8.3 In the event of technical issues or service interruptions, the platform will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

9.1 In the event of a violation, the offender's account may be suspended or blocked.

9.2 If necessary, information related to violations may be provided to authorized legal authorities.

9.3 Disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation should be pursued through legal channels.

10.1 Mahemeh Stay may modify these terms at any time.

10.2 Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

11.1 The platform is not responsible for damages resulting from users' use of the services or the behavior of other users.

11.2 The host is responsible for the accuracy, safety, and quality of the accommodation.

11.3 Guests are also responsible for their conduct and proper use of the accommodation.
